Dr. Neil Monette has been passionate about supervision ever since he began working in the mental health field in 2010. In addition to meeting the necessary requirements for every state licensing board, clinical supervision is also so much more than that! It can also be an amazing opportunity to collaborate with colleagues, learn directly from other experts in the field, while also reviewing your own client case files each week with a trained supervisor. This helps make sure we are growing as a professional, and always offering the best quality of care to all of our clients.
